"You Know" was manifested in order to reprogram the conscious and subconscious with the Everlasting Truth.. we are NOT alone. It is part of my "Lullabies of the Spirit" Album which accompanied my "Mama Says: Goodnight Body," a guided bedtime routine book for children and their loving guardians. "You Know" reminds us that the truth of who, what & why we are is ALREADY KNOWN within each of our hearts. We can rest in that knowing.

Sometimes we all need to be reminded that we are safe.. especially during those dark nights of the soul. "You're Safe" reminds us that the light, and key that we seek.. for guidance and access to what may seem like a shut door in our life resides within.
